This class includes strength exercises using weights, body bars, and your own body weight ending with full body stretches.  This class using mats and floorwork.

Fee:

Members- Free - included in yearly membership

Non-members -  $25.00 monthly

Silver Sneakers - must provide 16# ID number

Active - n - Fit - must provide 7# ID number

Renew Active - must enter 16 # ID number

Upon registration you will receive a confirmation email

Memberships can be purchased and are:

Single/Senior yearly $299.00 plus $99.00 one time fee for new members

Snowbird Single/Senior* $168 plus $99.00 one time fee for new members

Couple/Family yearly $409.00 plus $99.00 one time fee for new members

Snowbird Couple/Family* $225.00 plus $99.00 one time fee for new members

Gold yearly $900.00 plus $99.00 one time fee for new members

Platinum yearly$1,200.00 plus $99.00 one time fee for new members

*Snowbird months are March - September
